How to add images of “Contacts” or “Products”? What should be the size of the images?

Right Click in the 'Picture' box, which will be presented with a small menu. Clicking on 'Load', will then open up an explorer window, where an image can be selected. Image size should ideally be less than about 50KB. Usage of larger image than this will slow down the loading of contacts or products, due to the application having to load the images from the Server.
