How to backup the Eulogica data?

The data in Eulogica is stored in the Eulogica directory in the folder called “Data”. It is sufficient to copy the whole directory called “Data” to an external drive. However, there will be one file which it will complain about copying called nxTrans.cfg. This is basically a log file which is open whilst ever the database server is active (basically all the time) and so it cannot simply be copied. This file is not needed and it doesn't cause any problems not copying it.

Another option would be to use software to auto backup the folder suggested above. There are free software available to achieve this (Example: Cobian)
