From the main screen click on Funeral and then the sub menu Funerals.
This will open up your list of funerals in the normal way. Then click on Lines in the bottom right hand corner.
This will pop up another menu where you will see Templates. Click on Templates and this will open up the templates window.
You can then either double click on one of the templates shown to edit it, or simply click on New in the bottom right to start a new template.
Performing either of these options will open up the window where you set up the template.
If you select a New Template, after you start adding services you will be asked to give the Template a name.
If you edit an existing Template the name cannot be changed. You can, however, copy an existing template and obviously give it another name.
To copy a template first of all open it up, then click on the Duplicate button (3rd from right in top menu, icon of 2 pieces of paper).
You will then be asked to give this duplicated template a name.
To edit / add services you then need to click on the Services tab. All the other tabs perform no function.
This will look very much like the Funeral Services tab. Now simply select the Funeral Type, i.e. Burial, Cremation or Other.
Next you can drag across the services you either want to add or delete as you would when entering a funeral.
You have the usual option of Most usual or All services to choose from.
Once you have finished editing the services simply click OK in the bottom left and the template will be saved.
If you want to delete any of the templates, you can either highlight it in the template selection window and then click on the red X in the top menu (Delete) or open up the actual template and then click the red X in the top menu.
The changes you make should be reflected the next time you use that template.
You can have as many templates as you like. Obviously the templates set up for Funeral type: Burial will only be available if you select burial for the funeral etc.
