If it happens that the preview on screen does not match what is printed on the paper, this can be a printer driver problem.

There are some drivers that work better than others together with Eulogica.

Updating to the latest version of any drivers can help.

When it comes to HP, a general advice is to use drivers from Microsoft instead of the (often complex and memory hungry) drivers from HP.

In larger organisations it is best to standardise on the smallest possible number of different printer models.
