Some times the question arises about where the line has to be drawn for what work is included with the Eulogica support and maintenance agreement.

The full text describing this is available in the Eulogica agreement which is signed by all clients. A rule of thumb would be that the subscription includes any help, fixes, changes and improvements that are required to keep the system working as originally intended.

We solve unexpected technical problems and our updates reflect new statutory requirements, new developments in professional practice and general technological changes. We also keep improving the software based on ideas from all Funeral Directors - such updates are free. A typical example would be the adapting of Eulogica to new Windows versions.

So it covers the things you do not have much choice about.

What is not included would be work that you ask us to do, in order to implement ideas which come from you and which are not necessary to keep the system working. Such work would typically be payable separately.
