Many new Eulogica functions
Over the years we have completed several new versions of Eulogica, each introducing new functions. Here is a list of some of the improvements over the last year or so.
Funeral businesses which have a Eulogica subscription get upgraded from time to time as part of our regular efforts to stay in touch and travel around the country. But many of the latest features are optional. We will set it up if you want it, so feel free to make contact if you desire to have any particular new function from the list below!
- Text templates can now be set up for death notices, floral tributes, acknowledgement cards, inscriptions, etc
- Automatic funeral archive file, separate from the main file
- New fields available for funerals, including: Maiden name, phone number of Deceased, client salutation, flexible age field, DSS office, funeral weekday
- The price of an inscription can now be calculated based on an automatic count of letters
- Larger, clearer font for memorial inscription, death notice text, etc
- Top of funeral window can now have more than one line of fields
- A funeral can no longer be deleted accidentally
- A donations icon can no longer be deleted after amounts are entered
- An overview of all notes for the funeral is now available on the Synopsis page
- Synopsis page can now be hidden
- Tasks can now have an N/A status
- Mail merge wizard for sending letters or e-mails to clients etc
- Service icons can now be ordered alphabetically
- Letters can now print with name of the person logged in
- Invoices can now lock automatically when raised
- Sundry orders can now be initiated without details of client copied from funeral
- Offline synchronisation – you can now work with Eulogica on a laptop computer away from the office, e.g. at home or on the road, then synchronise data later
- Organise branches and contacts into a region/area structure
- Many other small improvements and fixes
